While waiting for a meeting on a very warm weather; i found a place that’ll fit the summertime feel with colourful decoration and look pretty much comfortable. My first time in Morning Glory Coffee in Pondok Indah Mall 1, Street Gallery and it was a pretty much good impression.
The flat white was soft and tasted good that made me do a little research to find a bit more about the place. I find that the owner; Nathanael Charis brewing coffee beans from West Java and I don’t think it’s widely available. The beans are pretty rare and according to the articles I found; it got medium body, medium acidity and will leave a sweet aftertaste. This is the reason why the coffee tasted pretty soft.
I’ll try to get back here and get myself some of their coffee roast. It’ll be awesome i suppose.
